1.0 Approval of Minutes

1.1 Minutes from the previous board meeting were approved.

2.0 State of the Building Update

2.1 DS gave an update on the status of the building’s finance, developer transition issues, security, maintenance, and cleanliness.

2.2 DS personally thanked Suzi Wirtz & Shawn Mansfield, 2 outgoing board members, for giving so selflessly of their time and dedication to the building.

3.0 Vote for Staggered Board Terms

3.1 Vote was postponed due to not enough building participation.

4.0 Annual Board election

4.1 Board elections were held resulting in the following:

• Steve Di Padua, Secretary, 1 year term
• Bruce Howard, Treasurer, 1 year term
• Brian Madurzak, 2-year term
• Dave Fellinger, Vice President, 2 year term
• Debra Siena, President, 2 year term

5.0 Committee Updates were given:

5.1 Decorating

5.1.1 Lobby exterior facades have been completed including exterior carriage lanterns, planter boxes, lobby

5.1.2 (2) Contractors are bidding on lobby reconstruction.

5.2 Website

5.2.1 The RNC website has been completed

5.2.2 Rick Edel will designate an individual to upload applicable information into the RNC website

5.3 Social Committee

5.3.1 The social committee has successfully hosted brunches and cocktail gatherings for building residents; more social events are in the works.
